Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more. $5 shipping on orders less than $50.
How do you ship the order?
We will ship the order within one business day via USPS first class mail. Value order ($100 or more) will be shipped via USPS priority mail.
How do I return an order?
We offer a 180 days warranty on all items purchased from us. Please contact customer service at info@ipart2.com for RMA# on returning an item. If emailing about an order, please include the order number or customer
ID.
Who should pay for the shipping of return?
Buyer need to pay for the return shipping.
What should I know about the screen return?
Please do not damage the flex cable during screen installation. We will not accept returns with a damaged flex cable, or without the "CNG" sticker on the back of the screen. Please also keep the original packaging in case you need to return.
